By accessing and using the services of Commercial Printing California, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Commercial Printing California provides commercial printing services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, postcards, and catalogs. All services are subject to our capabilities and availability.
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on specifications, quantities, and material costs.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods and may require deposits for large orders.
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We are not responsible for delays or quality issues resulting from inadequate file preparation.
Digital proofs will be provided for customer approval before production begins. Customer approval of proofs releases Commercial Printing California from responsibility for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Commercial Printing California is not liable for delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
We guarantee our work to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to reprinting the defective work.
Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all materials provided for printing. Commercial Printing California is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.
Commercial Printing California's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Customer files and information are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent.
Commercial Printing California reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
